VITASSENCE provides Users with access to luxury skincare products, educational content, promotions, and account services, including newsletter subscriptions, purchase history, product reviews, and referral programs (collectively, the “Services”). We accept returns of unopened, unused skincare products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging. To request a return, please email contact@vitassence.com. Return shipping fees may apply. Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

All content on the Site—including text, product designs, images, and branding—is the property of VITASSENCE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written consent.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at contact@vitassence.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive the right to bring any claims as a class or representative action.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
